One of the primary activities of the ADFA Company is the keeping and supporting services. This unit has started its activity since the establishment of the company and through the personnel's' efforts it has been able to provide many public and private organizations, institutions, offices and companies with keeping and supporting services in network areas, both hardware and software. ADFA has always tried to establish a strong relationship with its customers based on the updated technical knowledge and considers itself the trustworthy counselor of them.

Providing services in the area of information technology is a specialized process and its management requires a special method. Therefore the use of the standards of the management of the information technology services (ITIL) has been considered. One of the points of this approach is the making of a single point of contact (SPOF) which the service provision is completely analyzed and all of the demands, events, and changes are registered and followed. This structure will cause flexibility and speed in the provision of the keeping and support services.

Some of the activities in this area:

·         Periodic revisions to identify the possible problems

·         The establishment of the Helpdesk system in the customers' site for registering all of the problem demands and the provision of services.

·         The establishment of the system of the registering of the characteristics of devices in the customers' site and regulation of the accurate identification of systems.

·         Implementing the counseling services in the area of the special services to the customers.

·         Cooperation in optimizing the network and communications.

·         Preparing a  report  about the function of organization services and trying to improve it permanently

·         Making the systems of information supports.
